Q2.What is inter university credit transfer?
Inter-university credit transfer means transferring academic course credits from one university to another university based on current university course credits, all Indian universities are following a credit system in place of a mark system now, and the credit system has been implemented for bringing a uniform system in India like where other majorities countries follow. Each university governing body are deciding how many credits is to accept or reject.
The students may drop/ discontinue/ incomplete their degree due to various reasons like health issues/parents' job transfer/ financial issues/ not satisfied with Current institutions/lack of quality training. Usually what happens is he/ she drops their dream to secure a graduation during this situation. According to the new Indian education credit system, whatever subjects He / She passed out from previous universities can be transferred to other universities in India and Abroad, The subjects that have passed out don’t need to appear again In New University.
For example: in the case B.Com course if someone completed the first year from a UGC-approved university in India he/she can transfer first-year course credit to the second year in a new UGC-approved university in India, if someone completes 1st and 2nd year from UGC approved university he/ she can transfer course credit to 3rd year in new UGC approved university in India, the main thing the new university is to accept course credits of your current university.
